I was having issues with our outlets in the garage this happen on Friday evening called was able to get the emergency phone number. I spoke to a supervisor. He was able to help me out I explained I had a freezer plugged in and it tripped the gfci and none of my outlets were working. He stated that my freezer needed a dedicated line couldn't be on a regular outlet that it would eventually burn it out. But as a temp fix he walked me thru how to reset the gfci and said they could come out to give me an estimate for a dedicated line. Who knew you needed a dedicated line for a freezer in garage never was told this I lived in a house that was 30 yrs old prior to this new one but it makes sense now new guideless to keep our houses from burning down. But I MUST SAY ALAMO CITY'S ELITE ELECTRIC HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.... THANK YOU.

I called Alamo City's Elite Electric today, Saturday, October 31st. Since it was a Saturday, I was not expecting much help. Boy, was I wrong! Scott Garcia, an employee of Alamo City, kindly answered my phone call right away. I explained to him that Alamo City Elite was the company that did the electrical for my new home in the River Chase subdivision of New Braunfels, TX. I also told him that I had an outside outlet stop working during the major flooding and rains yesterday. He walked me through the process of finding the GFCI resets and we finally found the problem. Over the phone, this employee was so patient in helping me track down and rule out possible issues that would cause my outlet to quit working. It was a big deal as that was the outlet that my internet and cable plugged in to, so they were not working either. It turns out, the reason my outside outlet quit working temporarily was actually a protective measure for homeowners. So he explained to me what I needed to do which was to locate and reset the appropriate GFCI switch. This was all news to me, but am thankful these measures are in place in my home. He was so professional, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable that I was able to cancel my call to the cable/internet provider as he fixed my issues and gave me back my connectivity to cable, internet and my entertainment systems. Thank you Scott Garcia, for answering the Saturday morning phone call, and troubleshooting our electrical problem; you were/are a bright and shining light and we appreciate your patience. As customers of Alamo City's Elite Electric, you have definitely earned our loyalty and respect!! Keep up the great work, Scott and Alamo City's Elite Electric!!

We called Alamo City's Elite to replace some lighting in our home. The electricians arrived on time and we were amazed how quickly they replaced our lights and ceiling fans. They were professional, affordable, neat, and responsive to our needs and would recommend this company for all electrical needs. MM
