Took one brand of central vacuum carpet brush to Aerus for repair and received different brand back. Owner wrote a different brand name on repair form; I did not notice the discrepancy until after leaving the business. I received a call that the vacuum was ready. When I returned to pick up the vacuum, I informed the gentleman that it didn’t look like mine. Even my daughter didn’t think it was my vacuum. I took the vacuum but returned it a few hours later stating I knew it wasn’t mine. The gentleman had me accompany him to the back of the business where repairs are done to see if my vacuum was there. No luck. I left the vacuum and he said he would discuss with the owner and I would be called. A week later, I still had not received a phone call. I returned to Aerus and owner told me she wouldn’t put an incorrect brand name on service form and vacuum with my name on it was the one I had brought in for repair. Bottom line…….don’t know what happened to vacuum I left for repair and I now have banged up, different brand vacuum. Can’t recommend this business. Advise everyone to check all info on repair form before leaving business and take a photo of your item with repair form attached – probably good advice in dealing with many businesses.
