We experienced questionable business ethics. We were looking for a welder to weld a gate support spring on our trailer and a couple of re-welds. We found aamobilewelding.com on C-list. We called and discussed what we wanted done and what our situation is, as the trailer was coming out from a job-site. We answered each and every question the owner asked. We gave 2 different addresses: one was for our storage and the other our home. Upon arrival, he said he couldn't do it because we're in a residential neighborhood. We suggested to do it at the storage. He said he also couldn't and demanded us to pay $250 for coming out. He also told us of the hazard of having the trailer loaded with dirt, plywood, and mulch. But he ended up saying he could still do the work by adding a layer of fire protection. We agreed to meet at 7AM, but not before he demanded us to pay for his hotel. 7AM came, this guy was nowhere to be found. We had to call just for him to say he no longer wanted to work.
