World Class customer service, Eric at the front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly even accepting I bring in my 2 boxers while I shopped, even helping me bring out to my truck 2 equipment, while I handled my babies. The turnaround time for repairs is really fast and reasonably priced. I even got two free store teashirts, one of them is a nice Orange Stihl teashirt. After experiencing nightmare service for years at Pasco Turf & Tractor in Zhills, I'm so happy to have found this Mower Shop in San Antonio, I don't mind the drive from Zhills knowing the service will be Top of the Line. Now I can rest comfortably knowing if my Stihl equipment needs quick service there is a place nearby. Thank you again!
