Quality of service and craftsmanship is really all that matters to me. Ashley's is a one man operation and is a skilled craftsman. My line-man boot where in rough condition, but fit my feet perfectly so I wanted them restored. New sole and heal installed. What he did over and above was touch up the bare leather and shined them so they were presentable. I was happy with the price, speedy delivery, and quality of service. He only accepts cash or check, and you pay in advance. My expectations of quality of service where met as I expect.

I was asked to leave and told to take my business eslewhere. It was an offensive experience.
