I had almost the same experience as VS had. I left 2 messages after their very-late Friday afternoon phone call. When I finally talked with a rep (Mary Lou) on Monday, she said that I hadn't returned their calls. When I said I'd left 2 messages, she said, "We're always swamped on Mondays, and we usually don't get our messages cleared until the afternoon." [Which means she had made up the charge that I hadn't called them back.] Then, she and Nicki (another rep) kept pushing that California law requires me to have an "air gap" for a dishwasher installation, which would incur an additional charge. Mary Lou told me EIGHT TIMES that I could go to YouTube and see what an air gap is. I suspect this is how Superior (?) Appliance makes their money. The Sears people were great. The Superior Appliance people have been pushy and blameful, and they don't listen. Sears really needs to do a better job vetting their install people. Oh, did I mention that we haven't even gotten to the install yet? That's tomorrow. I'll probably have more to say then. Let's hope it's better than my experience so far.
