My 21 year old son has been trying to enlist since September 2017 ~ from Idaho. My Dad was in the AF, my brother was in for 6 years and my exhusband was Air Force. My son has friends that have enlisted, finished basic and starting their careers in other branches. What exactly is the Air Forces problem? He was just sent down to Ogden by one recruiter and given a private cell number ~ only to have the recruiter that owned the phone tell him he wasted his drive because he didnt have time to meet with him. The Sargent also sounded angry his private cell number was handed out. It cost my son gas and a $40 parking fee to make the appointment. He was told the Sargent would give him a call next week to set up an appointment ~ to Set up an Appointment! Are You Kidding Me?
