I called to get an estimate for a huge job in my house. Jerry was the fella that i spoke with. First thing he did was treat me like i was retarded. Then he asked me if i could just get my husband to call him back when I got the chance. If you want to be treated and terrible and made to feel worse about the thousands and thousands of dollars you are about to flush down your non-working toilet, call Jerry. He'll make sure you feel absolutely horrible, too!!! So disrespectful and rude.... Avoid at all cost!!!

Thank you for publishing the video on YouTube about fixing a whining pipe. Took 5 minutes to watch the video and 3 minutes for us to fix our problem. Thanks , you saved us an expensive plumbing call. We live in CO

We had three plumbers give us estimates on replumbing all our hot and cold water lines in our 70 year old home. Towers' estimate was $1500 less than the other two bids. Travis and Ryan spent two days in our home. The job was done quickly, well, and with much less drywall/plaster removal than we expected. They did a terrific job cleaning up the mess and went the extra mile to repair holes where they could. They also put in a new shower (fixtures, etc) while they were here and it looks and works great. We will definitely use Towers whenever we need plumbing work again.

My unique jet tub was leaking. Several plumbers, from other companies looked at it.... I never heard from them again. Jim, from Towers Plumbing, came out, looked at the tub and was familiar with that type of tub. Towers fixed my unique tub, for a great price. Very honest company. Thanks Towers!!

We called Towers Murray Plumbing in the late morning hoping for an estimate on a new main water line that same day, and Jim from Towers came over by early afternoon. I'll have to admit that I was pleasantly suprised when Jim called me back a couple of hours later with an extremely fair bid, and said they could start on it in a few days if we'd like them to, so we decided to have Towers Plumbing do the work. Jim said that they'd be there by 8:45am the following Wednesday, and they showed up at 8:30am. They took a lot of care so as to not damage our flower beds out front, or our lawn. They had the old galvanized pipe out, and the new copper pipe installed in no time at all. They not only cleaned up after themselves, but they also filled in the hole I dug looking for the leak. We got a new shut off valve inside the house, and a new stop-and-waste valve next to the meter. My wife and I are 1000% satisfied with Towers Plumbing!! We will ONLY recommend "Towers Murray Plumbing Inc."!

Jerry came out and assessed my house for a main water line. The price he gave me was fair and reasonable, especially when compared with other plumbers in the Salt Lake area. He explained the entire process and what components he would use to replace it. The crew was professional and efficient, and cleaned up without a trace of being there. My water service is restored without leaks. The office staff was friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend Towers plumbing for any plumbing job, large or small. I really felt like i could trust them and as it turns out they did an amazing job.
