I can believe this Dr wouldn't see me after his office told me I could leave work at 330 to make a 4pm appt. The receptionist told me, its easy to get to, its a straight shot from your job(i told her location). She was right, it was a straight shot. I drove an hour, no stoppibg. I even called and told them a 400 pm exactly to tell them I was on my way, they said, don't worry, we will let them know. Got to the ofc finally at 418pm. The woman at desk said he's with his 420appt, I will have to reschedule you. Are u kidding me? She didn't even let him know I was there so he could decide on his own. I drove an hour. I even got off from work when they suggested. This is poor customer service even if I WAS the late party.
