After scheduling for truck polishing and driving 100+ miles to get there I found out that I

wasted my time and fuel. They never bothered to tell the

polishing crew to come in. And

instead of doing the right thing

they just offered me a discount on

a truck wash, for my truck which

had just been washed. Complete waste of money. Obvious they don't care about customer service
