PLCED ORDE ON PHONE..OUR REP WAS NOT AVAIL. BUT THANKS TO RUSS, HE TOOK CARE OF US. AFTER THAT, I WENT TO PICK UP ORDER AND GOT THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER... IWAS TOLD AT "WILLCALL" TO PARKTO ANOTHER TRUCK AND WAIT...NO ONE CAME FOR OVER 15 MINUTES THEN A JERK WITH A HARD HAT(DETROIT LIONS) CAME BY, STUCK HIS HAND IN THE WINDOW , TOOK MY ORDER AND NOT ONCE EVEN SAID HELLO OR NOTHING...IF YOU DON LIKE LIKE YOU JOB DONT TAKE IT OUT ON CUSTOMERS OR YOU WOULDNT HAVE A JOB WITH OUT US...AFTER THAT TWO MORE GUYS CAME BY AND ASKED WHY I WAS JUST SITTING THERE PARKED...TOLD THEM MY STORY AND THEY SAID THAT THE REASON WHY I SAT THERE SO LONG WAS BECAUSE EVERYONE WENT ON BREAK...GEE THANKS..I GUESS BREAKS ARE PRIORITY THEN, CUSTOMER SERVICE... THIS PLACE REALLY HAS A BAD REP. CONSIDERING OTHER PEOPLE ITALK TO AND I HAVE EXPERIENCED THE SAME ATTITUDE AND SERVICE STARTING WITH SUE (REP) TO ACTUALLY THE WORKERS IN THERE...CRAPPY...
