Terrible service provider.



I have been 6 months trying to resolve e-mail and dial-up problems, and so far, still cannot send e-mail. Their tech support is not willing to escalate problems to higher level support. No refunds for unavailable service. No mechanism on their web site to contact them. I had to go through a domain registration service to find the business information and how to contact them.



Will not renew service with this outfit.
