It has potential. There are good people working there but we run out of supplies constantly and communication between management and staff is sorely lacking. The problems would be easy to fix if anyone actually tried to fix them. I have been a CNA for 10 years and most of Utah’s facilities need allot of help and allot of changes. We need to be more concerned about the people who end up at these places. My parents never will! I’ve tried to instigate change but I just get the reputation of being a trouble maker. It’s too bad.

My father was at Garden Terrace for one week before he passed away. In that week he was in Camilla Area. I was there several hours a day at different times. I was impressed by the staff,cleanliness and care given to the patient and family. I am writing a review of the facility because my Mother and I visited several centers before making our desision for placement. Garden Terrace was quiet,clean and the patients were being cared for with respect and a gentleness that was not apparent in the other facilities. The care for my Father was extremely heart warming. My Mother and the family were also cared for during this time by the staff as part of the care. I was very glad we chose Garden Terrace. Where my Father's care even after his death was unique in that he and my family were treated with respect and dignity. Thank You for all your wonderful care.
