I went in today and bought 2 chickens. It was supposed to be 16 pieces. When I called the woman and told her she failed to give me the 16 pieces she insulted me and said "I know you are like everyone else and just wants free chicken" I have never been insulted like this ever. Especially from a so called business. This lady had no customer service skills at all. I was trying to explain in a calmly manner that she did not have to insult me. But she kept saying how "you just want free stuff like the rest" I don't think I'll be going back even though the food is good just to get insulted like that.
