Janene has been my landlord for several years now. She's always kind, helpful, and concerned. Most of the time she anticipates any repairs or maintenance needed, and the very few times I've had to call her for such things, she's always on top of it. Over the years I've thought about buying a house for my family, but honestly I just don't have time for the challenge of maintaining a home when I can pay way less per month and have someone like Janene to take care of all the headaches. I have really appreciated her over the years and would reccomend her to anyone looking to rent or to have their property managed.

Janene has managed my property for many years and I am very satisfied with her service. The tenants have always been screened and have worked out very well. She calls me before any repairs are to be done and we discuss options. When the property becomes vacant she works hard to get it rented again as soon as possible. She keeps abreast of the market and suggests competitive rent rates. i would recommend her to any owner looking for a manager.

Janene has always been prompt and helpful with any problems that came up. She is easy to get a hold of, and if she can not answer, she has always responded to any messages left. She has been such a delight to rent from, she is the ideal landlord any honest and honorable tenant would want.

Janene started out seeming like a decent landlord. I remember she left us alone and we left her alone, then the properties starting having major issues and she was nowhere to be found. She is probably the worst landlord i personally have dealt with and hope she retires soon because she is not a pleasant lady.
