Well, in the past I had pretty good service here with upgrading and resolving problems but most recently took an old IBM laptop running Win98 in there (I run DOS programs I wrote on it) that was giving error messages on bootup and required me to input time/date every time. So they replaced the CMOS battery and gave it back to me (Charging $16.00) but said some of the messages were still coming up and the motherboard may be bad. So I found another similar one on Ebay but hated to throw this one out because of the nice condition so pulled the battery out and tested it... it had no charge. I bought another battery on Ebay for $2.45, put it in, and it works fine now with no error messages. Sloppy work on their part costing me the price of this replacement. Now I have 2...
