Linden Square Assisted Living is one of the only family owned assisted livings left in the state. The family is very involved and take great care of their building, and really care about the residents and staff. Linden Square just put on a beautiful new addition. The staff go above and beyond. This is a wonderful place to work and live.

My experience with Linden Square was very good. I don't often write these types of review, but I felt strongly that I should share with others. The management team has been working very hard to hire quality staff and I feel that they have really found a great group of employees. Everyone treats my father like he is part of their family. Working in this type of field can be hard especially when they have to deal with difficult and complex situations.

Our story and please recognize this is regarding The Terrace, memory care unit. I do not have knowledge of the assisted living facility. In our experience, our mother was over medicated and under cared for. She was medicated to the point of needing a 12 day hospital stay to correct her medications. She was filthy, her room was filthy. They were unable to care for her. The food was unidentifiable, even the staff could not state what was being served. Mom's care plan was adjusted retrospectively which caused the rate to more than double and we were not notified until receiving the bill.

Over all, there were no positives about the stay. I believe their intention is good, but the training and level of the staff are woefully inadequate.

We have moved her to another facility which we now realize is amazing and know what good care is. There were 2 other families who moved from LS at near the same time. Visit often. Ask questions. Pay close attention.
