Provided by SuperpagesThe Oreilley administrative and management team are tunnel visioned when it comes to business. The store is everything. Too bad the spouses and families of this stores manager have suffered due to a complete lack if consideration for the family. Time spent making the store run efficiently is not nearly fairly compensated in terms ofTime paid for by administration and spent away from family. There are no incentives for advancement and salary increases appropriate to cost if living. The manager of this store is a yes man to Oreilley, but a no man to his wife and children. This is not a family considerate chain.
