The crew at Hunter's are all great "gun people." They know their stuff and they are patient when explaining things. No pressure just lots of information and great advice. Whenever I am near Salinas I make it a point to drop in and see what is new. Cool trophy wall too.

Great store with very knowledgeable staff. Their prices are pretty good, and if you are new to guns they will tell you everything you need to know and show you the best firearms for whatever purpose you intend to use it for. I've bought a revolver and tons of ammo there and I certainly learned a lot in my past visits. No joke I've had about a half hour conversation with an employee there just about shotgun ammo, so don't listen to the person that said they aren't friendly.

Basically if you look at the pictures in the website....... what you see is what you get! they're not very friendly but helpful if you ask. it looks like they have more dead animals on the wall that they have supplies. i would like to see other hunting gear colors than just army camouflage.

They do have a few firearms at a decent price though and I will be going back to get my certificate and maybe to even purchase a firearm.
