She has over 36 years experience in real estate and property management. She is an active member in a variety of local associations, particularly the National Association of Property Managers (NARPM). She has attained the Master Property Manager designation and was the 65th person in the country to do so. She was also a certified instructor for NARPM in the field of property management, and a frequent speaker nationwide in her fields of expertise. Bill Backus Vice President and Broker Associate Bill was born and raised in Monterey County and is a graduate of Chico State University.
