First of all this is a neat hidden gem. It has the old atmosphere of a rocky mountain heritage museum. Along side a line up of vintage motorcycles. The pits running in the back are loaded with southern wood blends. Theysbourve out the meats as local and quality aas possible. Thus far the Nebraska Beef source was the best flavored. I've been eating here since day 1 and whenever I had a problem I addressed it to the staff (before I go feed my sorry ego online with a southern boy review lol) that being said they keep improving and I have no complaints. The menu is top notch, keeping vegetarians and vegans in mind you can bring anyone. The place has an old spirit to it, in historic Cleora, CO. Proof is in the pudding just go try it out and get the best views in town while you eat a delicious meal from the past. They started serving beer and wine too! I recommend the brisket! The mac and cheese is made to order. The pork spare ribs are best when the chef makes them with the sweet glaze. Just ask amd they will do. Awesome family bussines. Take your bike out and it's a win win.
