I have had a lot of problems with getting my warranty on my spa through them honored and when I call Mikaela to set up a warranty problem or with a question I do not get a return call. Very disappointed with their attitude after the work is done. They become very rude and very unhappy with the lack of communication and calls back. It seems they do not care about you after the work is done and they get their money.

Very unprofessional. Never finished the pool. Finally filled a lawsuit...

It is impossible to write in a short review how completely Premier Pool and Spas has failed in our pool installation. Briefly though, it has now been 6 months since they broke ground on a 30 x 15 rectangular pool and I'm still looking a gunite lined hole in the ground. No equipment, no wiring, no equipment pad, and of course no pool interior (other than gunite). If you decide to engage this builder be prepared to be your own general contractor (e.g. call them 3 days in a row and never get a call back) and you should strongly consider getting a completion bond.
