Find another bank - Plenty of good ones nearby. Was a helpful friendly staff until September 13 when they changed almost all employees. Now very unfriendly, and extremely UN-helpful. New staff goes out of their way to make your experience very UN-pleasant.

America West Bank AKA Far West Bank has been my bank for almost 15 years. I am active on the Internet so when today I asked for a $30.00 bank fee to be removed because I had wrote a check that was .89 over what I had available and the said no I post this review. Banks these days seem to be a lot more interested in charging fees than any other form of value or "banking" in general. Far West has always had a small town feel, but not anymore and with horrible managers like Mike in Orem I am moving all my business to a credit union. I want to be fair but I can't do anything but say if you are looking for a bank that will treat you like a person not a mark for future fees America West Bank in not for you. To end even though I have been with them for as many years as I have. I have never been offered a competitive loan. I have never had a credit card through them that didn't route me to some outsourced credit card company (Art is a joke head of CC) so I do t know why I've stayed with them this long. Good by Far West and I hope people read this and choose another!
