Very poor customer service. Awful return policy. No cash refund. Exchange only in first 2 weeks. I called in to find out how late they were open and they said 8pm so I drove an hour round trip and got there 10 minutes till their closing time and was told the fitting room was closed 15 minutes before the store closed. I wasn't allowed to try on the jeans but told I could buy them and exchange them if they didn't fit. No way am I buying 2 pairs of $53 jeans without being able to try them on first. Awful service. Regional manager is who I spoke with. Very rude with no care if they lost a $100 sale or a customer that has probably bought $500 worth if jeans there in the last year. For the owners of this store you should rethink your return policy or train your employees to be clear about your policies.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! It's definetly one of my go to places for clothes. I love all the shoes and the variation of sizes. I go there all the time.

I think this store has great prices for such nice clothes. I haved loved going in that store since the day it opened. It is my over all prefered clothe shopping place. Even though I thinks it is a bummer you have to be 18 to work there.

They have good choice of solid T-Shirts but no good cargo shorts.

I have to agree it almost puts other stores to shame...when I walked for the first time I was in heaven...I wish they had more kids clothes but other than that they sell everything....I LOVE THIS STORE!!!!

I absolutely LOVE this store. Not to over priced and a great selection on things as simple as solid colored t-shirts (in every color), normally not more than $4.00. To fancy and sexy tops and bottoms. My absolute favorite place to shop in Salem. Very happy and helpful staff. Dressing rooms and store in general very clean and organized. Nothing out of place. Great selection of accessories, shoes and mens wear as well.
