Every time myself or my hubby go in we get exceptional service and their knowledge is never ending. They are busy at times but as long as you are willing to wait the service is spot on.

Smells like automotive grease. Owner was busy working on something and stopped to help me remove a stuck bolt and replace it with new working bolts. Nice guy. Lots of parts. Will be going back for more upgrades.

Worst experience EVER!! Charged me $75, within 10 minutes said they couldn't fix it and didn't know what the problem was. Said they would credit me back the $75 but no one there knew how to do a credit so asked me to call later. I have now called 3 times and the only person who knows how to credit my card is never there. After taking it to a professional repair place the only thing wrong was my battery needed to be charged. :-(

Great service! huge selection of parts!

It's horrible!!!!!!! Very Rude! Bought product and it broke within 2 weeks brought it in the store to be fixed and that was a nightmare! I have called to check on the status and have been told to call back.......SEVERAL times.........I'm pretty sure a profectional business would have called ME back. The owner even hung up on me........RUDE!!!! I will not be returning & will let everyone i know what kind of customer care (or should i say LACK OF) i received!!!

I called to ask for voluntary donations to rent a couple of wheel chairs for our annual wheel-a-thon fundraiser to raise money for our schools Multiple Sclerosis clinics and their manager hung up on me as I was explaining what our program is all about. Jerk.
