AVOID AT ALL COSTS! My experience here has been nothing short of a nightmare!

As a new member, I brought in a cashiers check from a local bank a few miles away, verifiable, yet I was denied access to my own funds, left checkless, creditcardless, and cashless. Naturally, I got mad and rather than handle my issues, they threw me out! I am nearly a senior citizen and female, and they felt so scared they had to act that badly to me? They gave me the wrong account number, incurring me multiple returned-check fees when I first paid bills by phone, which they said they would give me a letter to get credit back, but then they changed their mind, remembered me, accused me of harassment, and threw me out again! this time, threatening to call police based on me "tresspassing" which is what they call me doing my banking business with them..? When I phoned their supervisor to report all the details, she defended their bad behavior like they were her very children, I may add all the employees are young, not one of them there knows how to manage adversity or be a customer service agent to an aging adult, they behave like children, and have their supervisor-mommy to back them up...this is not a banking business, this is kids running highschool drama pretending to be adults...without a real grown-up to speak to! They gather in their glass office and sneer among themselves while looking out at me as if I were a criminal. They did tell me rudely to go bank elsewhere, and I told them off good that they were powerless to take away my membership, and furthermore, if they treat me this way again, I will go above all of their heads. Already they have made it absolutely impossible for me to conduct my ordinary business at their location, due to their "gang up" approach to customer service. Now, what do you think of a credit union who muscles around any of their MEMBERS this way, particularly an old woman?
