Terrible abuse of power. Multiple appointments with service providers of all types (chiro, masssage and doctors) even when they are not necessary. Recommended services of all forms all very costly and very time consuming just to take advatage of funds from a workers comp claim. False information provided on teh phone to lure people in and then not helpful and reluctant to document treatment and/or release information to anyone. If you want honest, quality care DO NOT go here. We will stick with Salem Occupational Health for us and our employees.

This place was the most unorganized I have ever seen,also gross.they did not have sinks in the exam rooms,nor cups for samples,the doctor Anna Boyd left telling me she was getting a stethoscope and never returned.I have had 2 MRI's and chronic back pain for yrs and have been prescribed pain medication for 9 yrs .I explained this to the receptionist and was told it wouldn't b a problem.but after taking $150 from me they claimed to have lost my records and therefore could not help me.other than offering massage something very dangerous for my condition.her response well if they work on u and there is a prob they will stop and get another MRI.don't go here.I believe its a scam ,and probably would b shut down if investigated.so thanks for my 2 hour appointment in under par circumstances
