We are a couple in oyr 60s who have used this laundry to do large items and had no issue. Manager Pam became enraged at us due to my husband accidently put money in a stopped washer she left clothes in. She began ranting loudly couldn't we see clothes were in ,why did we put detergent in. When i objected to her tone she became unglued.Not in my life have I ever been screamed like this. We almost called the police. When I told her to stop screaming at us she screamed louder. I could go on and on about how humiliating and shocking it was. She took pictures of us and refused to take them off . I'm not sure what the point was. I thought I could calm her down by advising her I did not put detergent in machine but she started screaming gain ordering me to sit down..Shocking of course she barred us coming back as if we would have. We are in our 60s and have never experienced abuse like this anywhere. Go at your own risk

excellent! very clean, friendly and helpful staff, different sized machines (all quiet!), discounts T-W-Th, complimentary coffee, and a little living room. I may never replace my broken washing machine :)
