Buyer beware. Incorrect window installation leaked ruining framing and flooring. Window panes themselves are fine. We were told the warranty expired after two years.

We will go with a different contractor for the repair of the window frame and flooring.

C n R Builders did a recent Kitchen n Laundry remodel for us. I cannot begin to express in words what a wonderful team they All were to work with. When problems occurred, a phone call was made, n the quick response from C n R was unbelievable. They were attentive to details, listened to our suggestions, and then shared their thoughts. What a great group of down to earth professionals. We love them all. By the time the remodel was complete, we thought of them as part of our family. It was a sad day when the remodel was complete. Great job guys!!! They came highly recommended to us,and we would highly recommend them to anyone considering a Kitchen or Bath remodel. The Bernards

I waited a long time to remodel my kitchen, so I didn't want to screw it up. I am glad I chose C&R because their designer was able to work with me through several revisions before I got it exactly the way I wanted. She uses 3-D animation of the design so I was able to "see" what the finished kitchen would look like, which is very helpful for those of us who can't visualize very well. The Lead Carpenter took the design and turned my cramped ugly kitchen into this wonderfully updated and beautiful new kitchen/family room. I used to spend as little time as possible in the kitchen, now it is the center of our home--everyone gathers there! Kudos to C&R for a great job start to finish.
