Celebrated as NH’s longest enduring orchestra, the New Hampshire Philharmonic Orchestra (The Phil) was established in 1895 and has consistently performed since 1905. The 2022/2023 season marks The Phil’s 118th year of performances and its 11th season with Music Director, Mark Latham. The Phil maintains its commitment to artistic excellence, educational impact, and community collaborations—all in service to its mission of enriching lives through the power of music. The spirited partnership with Mark Latham is captured by his visionary storytelling, which is at the heart of the NHPO’s artistic profile. This collaboration has resulted in stronger connections with artists and patrons, and The Phil's role as a leader in NH music education.
