Do not purchase and hair appliance from Via Style. They sell damaged/broken appliances. I purchased a hair dryer from them this afternoon and when I got home to use it, it did not work and there was a burning smell coming from the back of the hairdryer. I called Via Style to report this, but they told me that because I purchased it at 30% off, they could not refund my money.
I think they knew it was damaged, and that's why they gave me 30% off. I should have insisted on plugging it in at the store to be sure it worked. Very deceptive sales person and manager.

He is a great stylist:) He really knows his stuff. The color is perfect and I love my new soft straight hair! Goodbye curls and frizz....
