I would not use this company if I were you. I purchased a garden window a few years ago which was supposed to be lifetime guarantee. The seals on the two side windows are broken. They are now saying they do not carry that window anymore and they cannot do anything. Very poor customer service and workmanship.

I used this company for siding a few years ago and was happy so I naturally called on them for some repair work. This is where this company falls short. It took me many calls back to get an appointment scheduled to see the job and provide an estimate. Once they came, I was given a verbal estimate to consider. (I should have gotten it in writing). When I followed up to schedule the repair job based on the estimate given, I was told it was just a "ballpark" figure and instead the estimate was THREE TIMES the number I was quoted! I might have accepted them being 5% different, but this told me that they were simply not interested in this repair job (because as the gentlemen told me - "there is no money in repair work!") So instead, bait and switch.. I was furious and will not work with this company ever again. I am sure there are many other companies anxious for work in this economy. Hopefully this company will realized that they should not treat their customers this way. I am done and would NOT recommend this company to anyone looking for work. They don't care about their customers (nor can they remember them). They are all about lining their pockets. Buyer beware.
