TRASH PICKUP

THE TRASH HASN'T BEEN PICKED UP FOR TWO WEEKS DUE TO THE WEATHER. MY CONCERN OR QUESTION IS DO I PAY ONLY FOR TWO WEEKS THAT THE TRASH WAS PICKED UP OR WHATS THE PLAN.
