I brought a pair of sandals this month and wore them only for a few hours on Xmas day. When I pulled them off I noticed that the left shoe had come apart at the seam so I called them and the guy that answered the phone had the nerve to tell me that there was nothing they could do. So what you are trying to tell me is that I am out of $16.00 dollars. I will never patronize this place again. The way I figure is that these shoes were either dry rotted or cheaply made. If you are going to sell please stand behind your merchandise.
