I came here to try yoga for the first time and I love it. It has really improved my balance, strenght and well being. This center is very amazing. I can't wait to see my journey grow here.

Always a pleasure to come in and I feel much improved every time I have come in to see Doc Rubin.

After the first visit, it resulted in immediate relieft of elbow pain. 2nd visit resulted in relief of neck pain. By the 5th visit I was pain free!!! Thank you!

They are wonderful to work with and have helped my back and neck issues tremendously. The treated my entire body through many effective modalities. I know I am taking better care of my body thanks to their knowledge, attentiveness and commitment to providing quality care!

Able to move left arm and shoulder freely. Able to look up completely. Pain is gone! Easy at home exercises and stretching greatly imporved mobility. I was able to resume my duties at work without having to take alot of medications.

After breaking 10 ribs and my shoulder, Dr. Rubin was able to give me the gift of movement again. He put movement at 100%. The staff is amazing, informative and very accurate.

I left the Rubin Health Center yesterday in awe by the warmth and calm, zen factor! I had one of the best massages ever by therapist John. With an understanding of the assymmetric body, trigger point release therapy and an intuitive ability to connect. John is the first massage therapist to direct immediate attention to the problem area in my right shoulder.
