*Update to original post-Took car to professional mechanic-This company had put brake pads on backwards on both sides leading to all of the problems described below. Not sure how a person knowing what they are doing would do that on both sides.

Please, if you are considering safety of your family, please go through a reputable company. This company installed new brakes and they stopped working while I was driving. As dangerous as that is I thought maybe they messed up big by accident. When I phoned him up he said he would come take a look. I finally got a hold of him again three days later. He got angry and said I didn't pay him enough for the job and he doesn't come back for cheap jobs like that. If you are concerned about your safety then please use a reputable company.
