Dr. Burns has made me have comfort in receiving dental care. The entire office is kind and professional. I appreciate her skill and understanding. This is the place in St. Pete to get quality dental care.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Burns for many years and could not be happier. We have even followed her from her previous practice locations to her new, beautiful office in St. Petersburg and could not be happier with the front office staff, cleanliness, dental care and overall experience.

I finally found a dentist I will always come back to. Always a pleasure to the staff and they do a wonderful job of making me feel like I'm at home.

I have been a patient of Dr. Karen Burns for over 10 years. She is wonderful at what she does. I get so many compliments on my smile. She did porcelain veneers for me ten years ago and they are still beautiful! She is great with my teenage and small children too, gentle bedside manner and allows nervous doting parents to observe the entire appointment which we truly appreciate. My kids love the Child friendly environment.

Wonderful staff.

Came to Dr. Burns after a disappointing experience with another dentist. I found her office staff very friendly and helpful. Dr. Burns was very professional, addressing my problems with expertise. My treatment was started and additional problems were discovered. Dr. Burns stopped to show me exactly what was needed and my options. She spent much more time with me than I'm sure was scheduled and provided the additional care on the spot.

Dr Burns was clear in her diagnosis and was aware of my current condition, so she was gentle in her approach to diagnostic testing.
