The fitted heat pack that wraps like a small cape has exceptional coverage for neck, shoulders, and partway down the back. The material is so soft and doesn't slip. The pack heats up remarkably fast and stays warm for a good long time. This pack, so comfortable and secure, gives hours of warmth and relief. Sometimes I simply heat it up for a cozy warm up while watching the news; other times I put it to work to relieve muscle tension in my neck and soothe sore shoulders. There are lots to choose from, but that's my favorite. And the service of ESG Heat Pack Store can't be beat. Very accommodating and just good folks.
