Been going here for years - always fair, always GREAT service. Here's an example - this morning Max (the GM) couldn't get me on the phone, so he drove to my house to give me the estimate and outline the work needing to be done. I'll have my car back this afternoon. New to town or just looking for a new mechanic? Go to Downtown Auto Service - you will not regret it.

Was out of town & vehicle broke down. They towed, fixed the problem, & kindly explained everything before & after the "fix". I can't say enough good things about them. I would highly recommend this shop. I was comfortable & confident that me, an out-of-town female, would not be taken for a "ride", that so commonly happens. Very kind people. Wish they were near me so I could use them every time I had car problems.
