They used to have good deals but they gave me a quote on flooring with the measurement they had on file from the last time I purchased carpet for exact same room with them before. Then insist that they must have someone come out and measure again, then they call you with considerable upcharges from the original price they quote on the sales floor. Lost my sale and I'm sure it will happen again for them. Look elswhere and save yourself the aggravation. Their starting to get shady.

Instead of going to some big box retailer where you don't support the local economy, choose The Carpet Store for it's huge selection of flooring and its friendly personality. This is a third generation business and my experience with them has been fantastic. I was able to pick out flooring and get my car loaded up in about 15 minutes. The price was right and the service was excellent!
