While waiting no one seemed too be in a hurry to help me out, and when they did take time to notice me it seemed to be an inconvenience. While purchasing jewelry they gave me the baggie and had me unscrew it from the display. Needless to say I went else where to get my tattoo. I would give no stars but you must pick at least 1.
