We own a home in St Petersburg Florida. This last Hurricane, Hermine, unfortunately destroyed our huge live oak in front of our house in the Old Northeast section of town. Part of it fell towards the street and the other half threatened to land on our home. That very evening, just an hour or so after the storm we were notified of the destruction.
ABC 12tree was there within a half hour. Their answering service was very professional and informative. Bill called me within minutes of being notified of the Emergency. He came very quickly and worked wonderfully with our renters and evaluated the integrity of our tree. I cannot begin to tell you of the kindness and professionalism ABC 12Tree exuded. We live in Hawaii currently and to be so far from a home we love was so tough. Bill was fast, efficient and affordable even in such an emergency. I cannot thank them enough for their help and great work! I will refer them to anyone and everyone. What a huge relief! Thank you!!
