I gave Littrell only 1 star because they actually fixed my electrical problem. But these people have NO RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER'S TIME. On 3 separate occasions I have had appointments for them to come to my home. The 1st appointment, I left work 2 hours to make, they didn't call or show. The next time they showed up 3 hours before our scheduled time. Needless to say I was not home. The 3rd appointment went smoothly and a diagnostic was done. Here we are at the 3rd appointment and they call an hour and a half before the scheduled time and say they won't be able to come until 2 hours later. It is not 4 hours after the originally scheduled time and haven't called. I had to call the office only for them to say they say they are 45 minutes away. I've now missed 10 hours of work due to Littrell's lack of scheduling. I will not be doing business with them again.
