My wife and I are very appreciative for the help that they have provided us with. Especially Jennifer Rackley, she has been an amazing help with helping us with extra cleaning around the house. Not only does she do a wonderful job, but she has an outstanding personality and is great to talk to. She has given us tips and things we can do and she makes sure to pay attention to the details. Thank you very much we appreciate all of your hard work.

I have been using Linda Rombach Personalized Cleaning for several years. I am very happy with the service and prices. The office personal (Gina) is always friendly and always calls a few days in advance as a courtesy reminder. She goes out of her way to make sure I have the appointment that works best for my schedule.



Crystal is my cleaning professional. She does an awesome job. She is prompt and very thorough. My house always looks so clean after a visit from Crystal.

After using this service for a few years, I discontinued using them. We originally had one employee steal prescription drugs from our medicine cabinet. The company removed that cleaner and we had a great cleaner for about 2 years. Recently, the good cleaner left and I was assigned a new person. They arrived in a pair today. They are paid to wash the linens, this was not done. They didn't clean he sinks, misses spots with the vacuum, didn't dust the sills and did not clean many hard surfaces. The finished my house in 60 minutes and spoke between each other how impressed they were to get it done that fast on a Friday. I guess I would be fast too if I didn't do the work. The company has a lot of trust in that we are usually not home. The company does not have quality control for a fairly pricey service, which I'm happy to pay if it was done right. I feel cheated and that trust is broken. I fired them today. I will look for a company with better controls.
