They quickly responded when we were in need of a repair that was being arranged through our home warranty company. Although another company had already been out and left a mess behind, Daniel graciously identified and resolved our solution, arriving for diagnostics within less than 24 hours of the request and completing the repair within the next 24 hours. That was extremely impressive considering the other company had left us hanging for two weeks, claimed to be unable to get the part, and then proposed to replace the entire furnace at quite the out of pocket cost to us. Cave Springs corrected the other company’s missteps and did not complain at all about the multiple calls to and from us and the warranty company to arrange for the service to be covered. Daniel personally found and got the part, which he then immediately came to install, while maintaining contact with me throughout the process. Further, Daniel shared his extensive expertise to help us maximize our air conditioner’s effectiveness and efficiency with not a single recommendation that would financially benefit his company.
