Couldn't get a real person on the phone. No matter what number you pressed going by the guide of their computerized answering machine to even ask a question. Towards end of last month was told to call back first of new month, yet now all phone messages on all lines say out of funds and if you aren't interested in that, you are apparently screwed as no one HUMAN can be spoken to. Some charity, not even charitable enough to have a "questions only" person.
