whats the point of a reservation if staff reschedule you and dont tell you after you drive two hours for a trailer hitch!!! that you reserved!

I called this same store twice. Both times I was put on hold(2-4 min) The second time I got a hold of a person that gave me a quote on installing a hitch on my van, and he put me on hold, then we got disconnected. I gave him all my info, but he did not call me back. So I made an appointment at a different store. Tommorow I will do another review when my hitch is installed. Hope it goes smoother than today.

I love this uhaul location and the employees! Everyone is helpful, courteous and professional. In a large city it's a store with a small town feel. I highly recommend this Uhaul location to others. I rent at least once a month for business as well as personal use. Thank you!

He gave me the manager's card to contact in the morning if I didn't hear from him first. So needless to say, I had to call the manager that next morning. He said they had the right hitch in stock but that the technician looked at my vehicle the night before and said I had a previous year body style. That it was my fault because I had specified a 2008. I assured him that I can fax in all my car info everything says it's a 2008 even a picture of driver's door panel and the simple fact that the technician didn't even take a look at my vehicle in the first place! I told him about my trip and having to cancel it because of this mishap. What I needed for this to work was for someone to come in early to do the install before work and I also wanted the additional $150 it was going to cost me to be waived. He refused saying that people make mistakes that I am asking for perfection and that's not possible out of life. I asked who I could contact above him to get this waived and he said h

I schedule an apt a week ahead of time to put a hitch on my car, on the only day I had available to do it. The apt taker confirmed with me that I had a 2PM apt and I corrected him and reminded him we were setting it for 5:30. He said he would change it in my system and took my credit card number over the phone to get the hitch ordered. We were going on a camping/biking trip with family for the weekend and neded the hitch by that Friday. I rushed after work to make the appt with my son and not only had the person on the phone scheduled me for the wrong time, but never ordered the hitch in the first place. So, at 5:30 on a Tuesday night, there's only one guy there taking phone calls and doing installs by himself?! He was nice enough to call several other locations in the area to find me the hitch with no success.
