We special-ordered a Levelor, black-out shade from this store. When it finally came, it was the wrong shade (not a black-out). We called the store to tell them that this shade was incorrect. They told us that there was nothing they could do for us because it was a special order and they could not return it to Levolor. Plain and simple, the salesman left out the part about it being a black-out, resulting in a very opaque shade. The complete opposite of what we wanted. You rely on them to put the order in correctly. There is no way of knowing if the long SKU is correct, or not, just by looking at the invoice. They did offer to sell us another shade at cost. Wow thanks...outstanding customer service. We will not be back. Menards is just as close.
