I am advising people of the damages to my mouth as a result of biting down on a rock eating a burger and fries here at the Roseville MInnesota location back on 1-31-06. This is now June of 2016 and my teeth are loose and falling out on each side of the hole. The dentist in New Brighton talked me into putting in a dental implant. This implant was in my mouth for less then two years and had to be removed by another dentist after I moved down to Arizona for a few years. The Long Lake Dentistry was paid over $4,000.00. He did not wait but 6 to 8 weeks to get this implant installed in my mouth. The implant failed because the hole did not heal long enough. I had a witness with me who seen me bite down on the rock. Their insurance paid for the implant and now won't answer letters and there is a statute of limitations that lawyers keep telling me apply to cases like this. I have also been told that there are no lawyers in Minnesota who represent the victim and now I need some serious help because my mouth always hurts. Again their insurance company won't return any of my calls or mail I sent back years ago. Now I am here telling people my serious issue and I am not getting help and people should stay away from Ruby Tuesday who does not take care of injuries to customers who dine there. I am after media attention. This is a very painful thing that is growing and one tooth is starting to loosen up. I have seen the University of Minnesota and the Arizona State University and both places are telling me that I will need surgery on the bone and have graphs done to repair that and this is going to cost over $10,000.00 . I had talked to both Universities who said to get braces put on and straighten out the teeth and then a bridge. When he found out I was in trouble he went in and put on his records that I missed an appointment which was not true because that day I called him, he said to come in the next morning and he did not correct the record and this is the kind of crooked stuff doctors and dentists do to protect their wrongdoing. NOW WHOSE GOING TO HELP ME PAY FOR THIS SURGERY? THE INSURANCE COMPANY NEVER OFFERED ANY OTHER COMPENSATION NOR DID THEY COMMUNICATE WITH ME AFTER THE PAYMENT WAS DONE TO THE DENTIST WHO MADE ALOT OF MONEY.
