I called them right before closing Tue. evening and I was the first customer at 8:00am on Wed. Gordie was the greatest! He connected my new faucet, garbage disposal, and all the complicated piping under my new sink and I mean complicated. I sure appreciated what they did for us and highly recommend them. They will be my plumber from now on. Thanks so much.

Poor service, rude employee. Did not come at appointed time. When he finally arrived, he didn't have the proper equipment with him, and told me it was my fault because I didn't properly describe the problem.

Paul and his son installed my water heater in a very timely and professional manner. They left the area very clean and also removed the old heater. In a follow up 3 years later when I thought there was a problem with the water heater, Paul came out and correctly diagnosed the problem to be with my water conditioner and helped me resolve that problem also. I feel very comfortable in recommending them for your plumbing needs.

My bathroom sink had been draining slowly when we tried some self help with a snake. We succeeded - but only at making it not drain at all. I called Vadnais and they sent a plumber who siphoned water and ran hot water and attempted to snake the drain. After two hours, he pronounced it frozen and I was charged $260.00 which I paid promptly. A few days later, the plumber called to see if I wanted him to come again and I called the office to tell them that I was not satisfied with the service I already paid for. I asked what the charge would be to return and was told it would be the regular rate. I declined since I had already paid enough money for nothing. I called another plumber who cleared the clog in fifteen minutes. He said I should call the plumber that I had outbecause they should know that the guy they sent out was incompetentand I should get a refund. He even wrote on his invoice that it took only fifteen minutes.When I called to let Vadnais know what happened, I did not
